The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the customer.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer within the estimated delivery period.

Delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions and destination.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, except for products legally exempt from return.

Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

In disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish consumer laws and Istanbul courts shall apply.
