Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed after payment is successfully received through the website.
For the Lycia Research Expedition, participants may choose either deposit payment or full payment at checkout.
Deposit
A €500 deposit is required to secure a place in the program.
The deposit is part of the total trip price and will be deducted from the remaining balance.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before the final payment deadline.
Participants will receive payment and program details by email after booking.
Prices
Twin-share room: €3,200 per person
Single room: €3,600 per person
Deposit: €500 due at booking

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be sent by email.
Refund conditions may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and costs already committed for the program.
Program Changes
The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, safety concerns, or other practical reasons.
If changes are necessary, participants will be informed as early as possible.
Travel Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking.
For multiple participants, names should be written in the order notes during checkout.
Health & Mobility
Participants should be physically able to join walking routes and field visits.
Anyone with health, mobility, allergy, or dietary concerns should contact us before booking.
